I am looking for a native Fillipino web-designer to work on a part-time (20+) hours per week basis. Pay can be made weekly via Paypal or credit transfer straight to bank. Pay will be in the region of 10,000+ PHP per month but can be more if you prove to be a real asset to my team. ADVANCED web designers only please. The successful candidate MUST be Fillipino, will speak and write in english to a good standard and be able to first provide many examples of their previous work. A high level of expertise in css, dreamweaver, flash, photoshop etc etc will be neccessary and javascript, cms, php, ajax and other related skills a definite advantage. Our main business is internet marketing and direct sales anyone with an appreciation of clutter-free easy-to-read design will also have a distinct advantage (our websites have one purpose only - to sell!!) The tasks involved will comprise of static & non static web design, flash, banner design, photoshop illustrations AND placing various code & lead capture forms as needed. Communication between us will include email and instant messenger. I have current sites that need uprating (made in X-Site Pro) and new & varied projects to start. In all instances the successful applicant will know exactly what is needed from them (nothing worse than a buyer who doesn't know what they want). In addition your own input and suggestions will be given the respect they deserve. The ability to take a strong lead from existing and successful websites and to improve on others by use of superior design, headers and illustrations is an absolute must! I am looking for a longer term agreement and both a happy and positive working relationship. If you believe you could enthusiastically work on this basis please apply.
