Hello all,iam a big fan of strategy games like Tower-defense games i have played many games and now decided to develop and publish them.as per my interest games must be developed with interactive GUI and awesome graphics along with neat animation.so here is the recruitment. 1.Coders --- AS2,AS3 2.Graphic designers---- Flash & photoshop 3.Animators ------------must be perfect 4.Storyboard & visual description writers-----------will be paid separate per each description. If any one really want to stick for real game development atmosphere and willing to engage for fulltime then here you can Bid. Requirements: Quality work samples willing to work fulltime should be online for Im chat willing to work as team What iam going to do from this project?:All coders,animators,Graphic designers are welcome here to bid with good work samples and i will decide who fits for a team,also give description to start game development. What if a team bids here?: very fine with it,no issues they can show genuine sample of work and start ASAP for development. Why gathering like Individuals instead hiring teams?: There are many Animators,Coders,Graphic designers who are here for freelancing so i want to gather them at one place so that a good quality work will come for sure.this is Fulltime job so no worries to find another bid :) How about payment?: The pretty interesting thing here,when game development completed & published successfully then respective team paid for kool figure. How much for each game?: Every game will be 3000$ worth not more not less. If you are individuals how you get paid after publishing?:1000$ for each person means 3/1000$ Any agreements?: No.. i believe in trust and willing to have good relation among all teams so only if you are interested then bid here and no advance payment,if you really cant work in this friendly atmosphere then please don't bid here.i want you to bid 999 so that i can understand you have gone through this whole project and agrees all the terms i said above.
