We need one page converted from layered PSD to PERFECT XHTML/CSS - please see attachment for the page, original PSD will be supplied to the winning bidder. Important! The resulting code should use text in place of images wherever possible, i.e. the buttons should be text on background images, the headers should be formatted text aligned with icons, the menu should be text with hover background images, the input box labels should be text, etc. The ONLY place text should occur as a graphic is the main logo. The page should be as small as possible and the CSS should be not duplicate definitions unnecessarily - please write proper clean, optimised CSS. Scaling: The centre submission box should be a fixed size, but the header and footer should repeat-x/scale with the window size. Active content: In addition when the "Cc" or "Bcc" links are clicked a previously hidden text input box and label should appear in the same format as the "To:" line -- similar to Gmail. Browser Compatibility: This should be tested with IE 7+, Mozilla (Windows & Mac), Opera & Safari. This code should validate @ http://validator.w3.org/ We want this done properly, if you only want to do a cheap rush job and make mistakes please don't bid.
