I am seeking a skilled in innovative programmer to develop a desktop application that will create popup windows to be embedded into PDF documents. For full details of functionality and an example application, please read and study closely the attached files. NOTE TO BIDDERS: 1....I am not interested in being a testing ground for your skills development. If after studying the specifications and demo app.in the attached files, you are not 100% confident you can build such an application. DO NOT BID. 2....Prompt communication is paramount in my book. If you are distracted by other projects and are not prepared to communicate at least daily (if not more often) on this project. Then DO NOT BID.
