Project Description:
Hi, We are a company based in the USA, we also have a sister company in India, we are forming a partnership with another Indian based company who will produce all our web / software projects. An agreement is required to make sure we the US company own every & all rights to any projects completed by the Indian company. Maybe we need 2 agreements, I'm not exactly sure.
