I need a video conference application developed for Red5 or FMS server. The application should be able to support video conference of upto 15 users. Application should allow special privileges to the moderator as kicking off any member, allow any member to speak, mute rest etc. The application should also allow file sharing and private IM chat between the members. Please refer to http://www.videowhisper.com/?p=Video+Conference , they have similar thing but I need a bit of customization and the source code to be with me. A good match can be the application at www.megameeting.co.uk Several applications like this would follow, hence I need a team or individual having previous expertise of working on RED5/FMS server. People without RED5/FMS experience are not invited. I am open to suggestions and would like you to propose which one of the 2 would be good and why. Payment in milestones, will be discussed with the successful bidder.
