(b) Provide, design or recommend a recruitment software for job posting, resume search, applicant tracking and successful site integration. Ability to customized questions and possibly post to multiple job boards. (c) Easy to navigate, visually appealing, social media connectivity, RSS feed, dynamic search capabilities, multi-states functionality, scalability & security, email/SMS job alert, comments section for users, local map integration, Paypal/credit card payment, SEO friendly. Fast loading pages and site must be compatible with Firefox, IE, Safari and Chrome. Skills & Programming requirements: CMS- Drupal, Wordpress, PHP, MySQL, HTML, XHTML, Javascript, CSS, Flash, mathematical algorithm, graphic design. Copyright: Full copyright, all internet rights, software, code, etc. will remain as my sole property and may not be displayed, distributed, licensed, sold, as a portfolio item or for any other reason to others.
